Where is my order?

If you have a Born of God account. You can log in to check the status of your order anytime.

If you do not have an account, everyone who places an order receives an email about their order(s) statuses, Sent to the email used at checkout.

Check the email you used during checkout, the email should contain a link to view an order status page. As well as a confirmation code.

Once an order is shipped you will receive the tracking number to the email used at checkout.

If you haven’t received an email, contact us. Remember orders are fulfilled in 5 to 7 business days.
